For years, we have been committed to promoting the potential of training, and we firmly believe that professional growth comes through high-quality education and continuous learning.
For this reason, in addition to supporting companies in their digital evolution, for 4 years we have been members and partners of the ITS Foundation – Higher Technical Institute for Innovative Technologies for Cultural Heritage and Activities – Tourism – Marche. We value the quality of ITS training programs, which every year are offered to those entering the job market, and we support the institute by delivering courses and seminars as expert lecturers in the field.
ITS courses
In ITS courses, we provide our know-how through lessons and hands-on discussions, training the new generation of professionals in digital marketing and digital project management.
For the 2024–2026 two-year period, the courses focus on the digital tourism and cultural sector, and the courses we deliver are:
- Digital Project Manager;
- Sales and Marketing Management.
The courses are completely free of charge and aim to provide professional skills through targeted lessons held by industry professionals and consultants, as well as the opportunity to complete an 850-hour internship with one of the partner companies. This allows students to engage directly with the world of work, gaining practical skills and building a professional network.
Opportunities for companies: hosting trainees trained in digital marketing
At the end of the two-year program, students have the opportunity to undertake a curricular internship with local companies. This practical phase offers businesses the opportunity to collaborate with young professionals already trained in areas such as digital marketing, project management, and digital communication.
For companies, this represents a concrete opportunity to integrate new resources with up-to-date skills and strong motivation, while also contributing to the training of future specialists in the sector.
The new school reform
The ITS study path is a technical-professional training program on par with technical high schools (ITIS). In fact, as stated by the Minister of Education Valditara at the “Connecting to the Future” event in Bergamo, the ITS training pathway represents an important opportunity for young people who want to enter the job market:
“Technical-professional education and ITS provide extraordinary training opportunities, with the possibility of rapid employment. 90% of ITS graduates find a job immediately, while most of the others continue their studies at university or through master’s programs.”
Furthermore, ITS institutes will be an integral part of the upcoming school reform, which introduces the 4+2 model: a pathway consisting of 4 years in technical-professional high schools and 2 optional years at ITS Academies, where students alternate theory with hands-on practice through on-site internships.
