Labirinto is a Social Cooperative that provides personal services nationwide. It designs and manages services in the socio-educational, socio-healthcare, training, and research sectors.

To improve internal communication and access to dedicated resources, we have developed a web app for the cooperative, specifically designed for its members, allowing them to access documentation and dedicated forms. This practical and intuitive tool enables users to consult up-to-date information and manage confidential documents, simplifying and streamlining activities while strengthening the bond between the cooperative and its members.

We built the web app starting from the WordPress website www.labirinto.coop, then developed all the functionalities requested by the client with a fully customized development process. The web app can be downloaded directly from the website and is accessible to everyone for general information consultation, while the reserved area is exclusively for members.

The web app includes sections accessible to all users, allowing them to browse news, view course registration forms, and submit job applications.

By logging in, members can access a dedicated reserved area where they can consult the press review, access specific forms, register for company events, upload medical certificates, and—most importantly—use the webmail service (managed externally) without needing to log in again.

Main developed features:

• Quick Access to Personal Webmail
  Members can quickly access their emails directly from their device’s default browser without entering their username and password each time. The system stores the credentials for the reserved member area.
• Dedicated Forms and Event Registration
  The app allows users to view useful documents and download forms based on their operational role within the cooperative. Additionally, members can register for corporate and training events, making it easier for the cooperative to collect registrations.
• Uploading Medical Certificates
  Members can upload their medical certificates directly through the web app, providing the protocol number. The app also allows the upload of hospital admission certificates, with an additional feature to take a photo and attach it during submission.
• Real-Time Notifications
  Thanks to the push notification system, users receive important updates directly on their smartphones, keeping them informed without the need to check the app periodically.
