Stefano is a chef with a passion for the sea and its products.
Stefano decided to put down roots and did it in Pesaro, 20 meters from home, opening a fish market that is also a grocery store, but also a space to try new ways to consume the sea’s products, in particular of the Mediterranean.
Stefano didn’t run in a straight line those 20 meters from home, it would have been simple. He decided, maybe because the Earth is round, to cover them by making the “wide turn”, starting from the family restaurant (25 years ago) to get to the Canary Islands and then continuing to Valencia, in Zanzibar, in Thailand, in Kenua, in Grece, in Tunisa, in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, in Moscow, in Romania, in Tel Aviv, in Australia, in Guatemala,… These are places where his experience as a chef and man has been enriched, where his skin has become ripe, where the lines of time have found their balance.
Today Stefano starts his new journey and we are very happy to have given shape and colors to his umpteenth adventure. Each project has its own history, that we always hope to be able to convey with the right idea, with the right graphic style. This time the story is so intense that we have only to represent it by combining concepts: time and life, the sea and the passion, the journey and the trace that we leave behind and within us.
